Despite Brexit we are still stuck with GDPR, by using this site and our services you agree to the following.

This site and the software and services it represents are for commercial business use only (B2B) i.e. we are not a consumer software site.

Our products are also not relevant for Charities, B Corps etc.

We currently collect and process the following information:

·      Person and Company Names, phone numbers, email addresses and company addresses.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

·      Part of a software evaluation and sales process

·      Questions

·      Support requests

We also sometimes receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

·      Lead or enquiry information passed on by other people or companies.

We use the information that you have given us in order to answer any questions , support issues and to assist with a sale of software or services.

In some scenarios where you are buying software or services from us where we are acting as agent for a 3rd party, your details would be shared with that 3rd party (e.g. Address and contact details for a support licence)  this would be with your prior consent and as part of a purchase agreement or contract.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting support@contenlo.com

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

(c) We have a legal obligation.

(d) We have a vital interest.

(f) We have a legitimate interest.

Cookies: We ourselves have not implemented any cookies on this site, but the site is built and hosted with Squarespace so you should assume that it does contain cookies. We also intend to use Google Analytics which will also require cookies.  As always to avoid cookies and tracking, we recommend using tools such as Ghostery in your browser and a VPN.
